Community Standards

Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for all members, guests, and visitors. By following these community standards, we ensure that everyone can enjoy pickleball in a positive, respectful atmosphere.

1. Respect & Sportsmanship

  • Treat everyone with respect – players, staff, and visitors alike.

  • Use positive language, even in competitive situations.

  • Celebrate fair play and encourage new players. Unsportsmanlike conduct is not tolerated.

2. Inclusivity & Community

  • We welcome players of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

  • Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.

  • Be inclusive and mindful of others, including those new to the game or developing their skills.

3. Safety First

  • Follow all safety guidelines and court rules.

  • Wear appropriate footwear and clothing to prevent injuries.

  • Report any injuries or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

4. Facility Etiquette

  • Keep the courts, common areas, and equipment clean and organized.

  • Respect staff and adhere to their instructions regarding facility use.

  • Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.

  • Use shared courts responsibly—rotate off promptly when others are waiting to play.

5. Court & Equipment Use

  • Treat all equipment with care. Return borrowed items to their proper place.

  • Reserve courts appropriately and adhere to booking policies.

  • Avoid disruptive behavior (e.g., shouting, throwing paddles).

6. Punctuality & Scheduling

  • Arrive on time for games, lessons, and events to minimize disruptions.

  • Notify staff if you need to cancel a reservation, lesson, or court time.

7. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Aggressive behavior, verbal or physical abuse, or intentional rule violations will not be tolerated.

  • Any breach of community standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the facility.

8. Feedback & Communication

  • Constructive feedback is welcome—share your thoughts respectfully with staff.

  • Stay informed by checking facility announcements, newsletters, or events calendars.
